Job summary

Thomas Edison State University seeks a Regional Base Representative to support Military and Veteran Admissions and Enrollment Services in the Trenton area. You will assist students through the application and enrollment process, answer inquiries, and coordinate with internal offices to resolve issues.

You will conduct pre-enrollment counseling, manage workflows in Recruit CRM and Colleague, and help guide students from inquiry to enrolled status, while collaborating with the Office of Military

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of professional experience in higher education or related field.
• Preferred experience with military/veteran students.
• Ability to interpret and apply university policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Increase new military-affiliated student enrollments.
• Increase reenrolled military-affiliated student enrollments.
• Schedule and present webinars for students in assigned territories.
• Assist new students with the application and registration process.
• Conduct pre-enrollment counseling for prospective students.
• Guide returning inactive students through reenrollment.
• Work with Colleague, Recruit CRM, and Help Desk ticket systems.
• Respond to student inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist in resolving student issues across admissions, registration, and financial aid.
