Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience in a healthcare or related setting.
• Experience with benefits, leave, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employment law considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Support HR inboxes and coordinate with HR Business Partners and People team members.
• Provide onboarding coordination coverage and assist with People programs and projects.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure compliance documentation.
• Assist with benefits, leaves and workers’ compensation activities and audits.
