Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function with administrative tasks, employee records, benefits and leave activities, compliance, and project coordination.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with full remote work eligibility for qualified states. Healthcare industry experience and HRIS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers compensation

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function
• Provides administrative support for shared HR inboxes
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires
• Provides administrative support to Benefits Administrator for benefits, leaves, and workers’ compensation activities
• Provide backup coverage to the Benefit Administrator during peak periods, absences, or as workload requires
• Partners with HR Business Partners to proactively review employee files and records for completeness and compliance
• Partners with center HR to assist with records audits related to regulatory visits
• Follows up with information requests from government, licensing or regulatory entities such as unemployment claims
