Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function. This remote role handles HR records, benefits and leave activities, compliance, and People projects, while serving as a resource for routine team member questions.

The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers’ compensation.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Support benefits, leaves, and workers’ compensation activities.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and People team on programs and projects.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Support seasonal and special People projects as directed by HR leadership.
