Connections Health Solutions is a leading behavioral health crisis care provider focused on immediate access and recovery support. The HR Coordinator role is part-time (20 hours/week) and fully remote across multiple states, including ME.

You will support the People function, benefits administration, compliance, and onboarding while collaborating with HR Business Partners. The position emphasizes strong organizational skills, accurate record-keeping, and responsiveness to employee inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals
• Company policy requires full vaccination or approved exemption

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function
• Respond to routine team member questions and requests; escalate complex matters
• Provide administrative support for shared HR inboxes and timely replies to employment verification
• Support HR Business Partners with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up
• Coordinate and support People programs, initiatives, and special projects under HR leadership
• Provide back-up coverage for onboarding new hires
• Support Benefits Administrator with benefits, leaves, and workers’ compensation activities
• Provide backup coverage during peak periods or workload fluctuations
• Assist with annual benefits activities and related initiatives
• Partner with HRBPs to review employee files for completeness and compliance
• Assist with records audits related to regulatory visits
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records
• Assist with seasonal and special People projects and market openings
• Assist with enrollment, audits, and employee engagement initiatives
• Track project scheduling, documentation, and communication
