Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.
• Vaccination policy knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Support HR inboxes and assist with employment verification requests.
• Coordinate onboarding and back-up coverage for new hires.
• Assist with benefits, leaves, and workers' compensation administration.
• Support People projects and initiatives under HR leadership.
