Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative support across the People function. The role focuses on employee records, benefits, leave activities, compliance documentation, and People programs in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with benefits rules. Vaccination policy compliance is required before start date, with support across onboarding and HR projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and requests and direct/escalate complex matters.
• Provide administrative support for shared HR inboxes and employment verifications.
• Support HR Business Partners and People team with administrative requests, documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding and other People programs under HR leadership.
• Back-up coverage for onboarding new hires and benefits-related activities.
