Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function. The role handles day-to-day HR tasks, employee records, benefits and leave activities, compliance documentation, and People projects in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes organization, attention to detail, customer service, and multi-tasking. It offers remote work in many states and a comprehensive benefits package upon full-time status

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Vaccination policy compliance as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and direct/escalate complex matters.
• Provide administrative support for shared HR inboxes and employment verification requests.
• Support HR Business Partners with administrative tasks and project follow-up.
• Coordinate People programs, onboarding coverage, and special projects under HR leadership.
