Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience in healthcare HR is preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits, leave and workers’ compensation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Assist HR Business Partners and People team with requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and support People programs and projects.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and handle routine inquiries.
