Job summary

Net Health is seeking a Client Support Representative I (Product Support) to provide remote assistance for our software products. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering when needed, all from a remote work environment.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years in client service or technical support, with a High School diploma or GED and solid experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of client service or technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to product application support questions from customers.
• Analyze software issues to identify problem areas and corrective actions.
• Interact with clients to provide information and resolve inquiries about products and services.
• Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to level 3 or engineering as needed.
• Provide internal feedback to help resolve issues and enhance product.
• Handle cases via email within SLAs and create cases as required.
• Attend internal Net Health product training and participate in ongoing learning.
• Additional duties as assigned and some holiday/evening/weekend hours may be required.
