Qualifications

• Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls via phone, IVR, or web chat in line with policies and privacy requirements.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to enrollees and other stakeholders.
• Document and track customer interactions and actions in systems.
• Handle data entry and complete tasks accurately.
• Facilitate fulfillment of material requests by mail, email, or electronic delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors for resolution.
