You will handle incoming calls from the general public, enrollees, and proxies, providing accurate information about programs and services while protecting privacy. This position emphasizes quality, productivity, translation support for non-English speakers, and meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania.
• 0–6 months of relevant professional experience required; 1 year in a call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or other channels.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to consumers and enrollees.
• Track and document all interactions in applicable systems.
• Complete tasks and transactions accurately per guidelines.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and perform data entry.
• Facilitate fulfillment of customer requests for materials by mail, email, or electronic delivery.
• Transfer or refer customers to internal or external entities as needed.
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues for resolution.
