DeWinter Group is seeking a part-time AP Consultant to independently handle day-to-day accounts payable activities in a fully remote capacity. The role emphasizes invoice processing, expense management, and accurate documentation while coordinating with the accounting team.

The position is remote, part-time (typically 20–25 hours/week) with a 3–6 month contract and potential extension. Ramp experience is a plus, and prior exposure to SaaS or startup environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounts payable experience required.
• Experience with processing and coding vendor bills, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements.
• Strong GL coding and supporting documentation skills.
• Ability to review transactions for accuracy and completeness and to follow up on missing receipts or discrepancies.
