Job summary

Supporting Strategies is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a part-time, work-from-home position. The role focuses on remotely delivering outsourced transactional and full-cycle accounting services to multiple clients using cloud-based platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, 1+ years using QuickBooks or NetSuite, and demonstrate strong client service in a multi-client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (e.g., AP, AR, monthly close, financial reporting).
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work during traditional business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
• Commitment to client confidentiality and data security.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients within defined processes and budget.
• Assist onboarding of clients and support configuration of software and workflows.
• Document and manage internal workflows and guide clients to solutions.
