Job summary

Supporting Strategies is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a part-time, work-from-home position that supports multiple clients from a home office. The role offers flexible balance with the option to align some hours to standard daytime 8:00 am–5:00 pm in US time zones.

You will deliver outsourced bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly closing across client engagements using our cloud platform, while joining a nationwide network of over 800 professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience including AP/AR and monthly close.
• 1+ years of QuickBooks or NetSuite experience.
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Support client onboarding per defined process.
• Execute AP/AR, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client delight and efficiency.
• Participate in team check-ins and adopt new technology to solve client issues.
