This role involves providing exceptional accounting and operational service to multiple clients, executing bookkeeping tasks, and managing client relationships, all while maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with QuickBooks or Netsuite. The compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting.
• 1+ year of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or Netsuite.
• Capacity to work 25-30 hours a week during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Execute accounts payable and receivable processes, bookkeeping entries, and month-end closing.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and recommend additional services to enhance efficiency.
