Comstock is seeking a ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant in Reston, VA to support a multi-site parking operation. You will process exceptions, handle onboarding and billing for contract parkers, and ensure service standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in a service environment, plus knowledge of MS Office, POS, and parking software. You must be reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in a service or related industry; 3 months in parking preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle.

• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Process exception transactions per company policy and complete forms.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, POS, and parking management software to track transactions and reports.
• Maintain knowledge of automated parking equipment and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with technical support.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Oversee contract parker program: onboarding, billing, collections, and communications.
• Respond to escalated concerns and document resolutions.
• Maintain safety, signage, and compliance per company policies.
• Oversee daily opening/closing activities and incident reporting.
• Complete daily activity and accident reports; assist during absences.
