Job summary

InterPark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls from a centralized remote monitoring location for a parking market and provide exceptional service to customers, managers, and peers.

The role supports revenue controls and accountability systems alongside the Operations Manager. You will respond to inquiries, assist with rate information and directions, and ensure all paperwork and tickets are properly completed and tracked.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills may be required to calculate time and money for cashier duties.
• Computer literacy including MS Word/Excel and Internet

Responsibilities

• Responds clearly and efficiently to customer inquiries including but not limited to monthly/daily rate information, directions to locations and assists in the operation of automated pay equipment stations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete, and all revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for the location and reports/escalates any major issues to the Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager as appropriate.
