SP+ in Richmond, VA is seeking an on-site Parking Operations Assistant to support day-to-day location management and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist with maintenance of parking equipment, coordinate with the Facility Manager, and help ensure smooth operations across the site.

The role requires at least a minimal high school education and basic communication skills. A valid driver's license is required, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; Reads and interprets written information.
• Customer Service – Maintains positive attitude; Responds to requests for service and assistance.

• License Requirement – Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and similar tasks.
• Substitute for any position, if necessary.
• Have thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Complete other duties as needed.
