Job summary

InterPark LLC/PreFlight LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls from a centralized remote monitoring location for a parking market, delivering a high level of service to customers, managers and peers while ensuring equipment is working at all times. The role supports revenue controls and accountability systems under the guidance of Operations leadership.

A high school diploma, basic math skills, and proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and the Internet are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills sufficient to calculate time and money in cashier-related duties.
• Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Responds clearly and efficiently to customer inquiries including monthly/daily rate information, directions to locations and assists in operating automated pay equipment stations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete, and all revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims for the location and reports/escalates major issues to the Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager as appropriate.
