Comstock in Reston, VA is seeking a ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant to support the operation of a complex parking site. You will process transactions, monitor systems, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

The role requires weekends, strong communication, basic math, and a professional demeanor. You will open and close daily operations, coordinate with maintenance, and help uphold safety and company standards.

Formación

• High school degree is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a service industry; 3 months in a parking setting.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard or automatic transmission.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Excellent communication and customer service oriented.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Customers-focused and results-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Process exception transactions according to policy.
• Use Microsoft Office, POS, and parking software to track transactions and generate reports.
• Maintain knowledge of automated parking equipment and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with tech support.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Oversee contract parker program: onboarding, billing, collections, and corporate communications.
• Open, manage, and close the facility; oversee daily activities.
