Job summary

Comstock Companies is seeking a ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant in Reston, VA to manage daily operations of parking sites, assist customers, and support contract parker programs. You will process transactions, monitor equipment, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a trustworthy, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years experience in a service or related industry, incl. 3 months in parking.
• Weekends availability required.
• Basic math and reading/comprehension of instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard or automatic.
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Process exception transactions according to policy.
• Operate and troubleshoot parking equipment and software.
• Provide high-quality customer interactions and issue resolution.
• Oversee contract parker program: onboarding, billing, collections.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports for the facility.
• Open, manage, and close the facility with staff guidance.
• Maintain safety procedures and signage in all sites.
• Support corporate accounts and respond to escalations.
