Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries including rate information and directions to locations, and assists in operating pay equipment.
• Ensures paperwork is complete and revenue tickets are accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for customer service inquiries, complaints and incident reports; escalates major issues to management.
