The role supports operations by maintaining revenue controls and accountability systems. Key duties include handling inquiries about rates, directions, and equipment operation, ensuring paperwork accuracy and timely reporting, and escalating major issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills to assist with cash handling.
• Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries and operates automated pay equipment stations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete and revenue tickets are collected.
• Acts as the point of contact for inquiries, complaints, incidents and escalates major issues.
