Qualifications

• Six months of general work experience or more.
• Ability to speak to customers using phone/remote monitoring tech.
• Computer literate; MS Word, MS Excel and Internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries including rate info and location directions.
• Operate revenue control systems and remote pay equipment monitoring.
• Coordinate with Manager and escalate major issues when needed.
• Maintain security intercoms and surveillance monitoring.
• Process parking fees remotely and ensure accurate transactions.
