InterPark LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle calls from a centralized remote monitoring location for the parking market, delivering high-quality service to customers, managers and peers. The role supports revenue controls and accountability systems, collaborating with Operations leadership to maintain smooth operations.

The position requires basic math, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills for cashier-related duties.
• Computer literacy with MS Word, MS Excel and Internet.

Responsabilités

• Responds clearly to customer inquiries including monthly/daily rate information and directions to locations; assists in operating automated pay equipment stations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete and revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints, incident reports and claims; escalates major issues to the Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager as appropriate.
