Qualifikationen

• Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel and Internet knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Responds clearly and efficiently to customer inquiries including monthly/daily rate information and directions to locations.
• Ensures all paperwork is complete and revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
• Acts as the point person for all customer service inquiries, complaints and incident reports and escalates major issues as appropriate.
