InterPark LLC in Chicago is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage evening and night parking operations across assigned locations. You will develop and lead a trained frontline team, ensuring top-tier service for customers and landlords while maintaining revenue controls.

You will supervise scheduling, payroll submissions, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, while acting as the point of contact for after-hours inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and 3+ years in Parking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of marketing functions or 1+ year in marketing-related tasks.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Internet use.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company or client vehicles.
• Flexibility to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening/night parking operations for assigned location(s) with focus on service quality and accuracy.
• Lead and train frontline team; participate in hiring as needed.
• Schedule staff to meet service requirements and budget; manage payroll submissions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, incident reports, and landlord communications after hours.
• Maintain financial reporting integrity and cash controls; audit as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.
