Job summary

InterPark LLC is seeking a Location Supervisor in Chicago to lead a shift, train and coach hourly staff, and ensure top-tier service for customers and landlords. You will coordinate daily activities with management, monitor cash controls, and uphold safety and security procedures across the site.

The role requires a high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree and experience in related fields, with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in hospitality, real estate, retail management, parking, logistics/transportation, or manufacturing.
Computer literate with MS Word and MS Excel; basic math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

Schedules employees and maintains staffing per shift within budget.
Supervises employee performance; participates in coaching and discipline.
Provides training and support to hourly staff on job duties.
Models company policies and ensures policy adherence by staff.
Acts as liaison with landlords and management for location needs.
Coordinates daily activities with manager and transitions between shifts.
Serves as point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and safety concerns.
Ensures facility appearance meets standards and audits cash reports.
Maintains cash control policies and safety procedures; supports security.
