Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Paralegal Manager to lead the firmwide Paralegal Program, driving efficiency and professional development for complex tort litigation support.

The ideal candidate will manage large teams of paralegals handling mass tort and complex product liability matters, oversee staffing, training, and performance reviews, and collaborate with leadership to advance automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in legal or Complex Torts.
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in corporate, regulatory, or Complex Tort litigation.
• Strong judgement, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead paralegal teams and manage workload to deliver high‑quality support.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and transitions for paralegals.
• Develop training programs with Practice Specialty Center Leaders.
• Oversee performance evaluations and compensation recommendations.
• Improve reporting and efficiency across the paralegal program.
