Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with investigations, depositions, pleadings, discovery, docketing, and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with automobile insurance defense.
• Paralegal certificate or law-related degree required; other combinations may be considered.
• Familiarity with firm-approved tools and AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a national counsel team in MFR claim management and litigation.
• Assist with fact investigation, medical record review, docketing, and deadline management.
• Draft pleadings and discovery; coordinate filing and service of documents.
