Qualifications
- Five years of experience in automobile insurance defense Required.
- Paralegal Certificate or higher degree in law-related field.
- Significant legal experience may substitute formal education at discretion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with MFR claim management and litigation tasks.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials; attend if needed.
- Draft pleadings and discovery.
- Coordinate filing of pleadings and documents; arrange service.
- Summarize medical and other records; manage calendars/docketing.
- Work with attorneys across multiple offices; maintain professionalism.
