Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap storytelling, and be the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding and testing, track conversions with GA4 and GTM, and present a 90-day plan with clear narratives on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record with ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
