Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, and testing, and ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing several accounts concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate performance.
