Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice on calls, guiding budget, narrative, and roadmap.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, tracking, and testing, and craft 90-day roadmaps. Remote role with a focus on US clients and multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
