You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads campaigns, optimize ROAS/CPA, and report on performance with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels. Strong English for US clients required.

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA optimization track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
