Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with campaigns you’ve built and optimized.
• Track ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements with real examples.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Implement and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
