Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid social campaigns.
• Track record of ROAS/CPA improvements with client results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client portfolios.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
