Directive Consulting, a remote-first B2B marketing agency, seeks a Paid Strategist to oversee a portfolio of Paid Media accounts across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will craft and manage client strategies, report results, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You should have 3+ years at a performance/digital agency, experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients, and a strong grasp of PPC and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong PPC knowledge: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data with Google Analytics/GA4/Excel to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Weekly communication with vendors or partners to align on tasks and quality.
• Drive referrals via client relationships and network.
• Build client strategies each quarter.
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for campaigns across channels.
• Understand client positioning and value propositions.
• Confirm lead routing in CRM and optimize programmatic campaigns.
• Maintain personal productivity and collaboration with leadership.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
