Directive Consulting is seeking a Paid Strategist to lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, building and executing high-performing campaigns for B2B SaaS/tech clients across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, optimize budgets, and translate performance data into clear strategic recommendations. This remote-first role offers growth in a fast-paced analytics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong PPC knowledge: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4/Excel.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Weekly communication with vendors/partners for alignment and improvements.
• Drive referrals via client relationships and network.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter.
• Manage budgets for paid media campaigns across channels.
• Understand client positioning and value propositions.
• Confirm lead routing in CRM.
• Understand programmatic campaigns.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn.
