Silverback Strategies, a fully remote digital marketing agency serving clients nationwide, seeks a Paid Media Manager. You will own strategy and execution for a small client portfolio (3–5), leading campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors to support larger accounts and client delivery. You’ll work with a team of marketing SMEs, partners in SEO, measurement, and creative, and own client relationships through thoughtful strategy,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media agency experience.
• Experience managing Google and Meta campaigns.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication.
• Strong analytical skills using GA4 and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, execution, and performance of a small portfolio (3–5) Paid Media client accounts.
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Hands-on execution across Search and Social platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Lead client calls and maintain strong relationships as the face of the engagement.
• Support channel innovation, optimization opportunities, and data-driven testing.
• Create and present insightful Paid Media performance reports to clients.
