Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a fully remote, US-based performance marketing agency seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager. You will own client portfolios, lead cross-channel paid media initiatives, and drive strategies across search and social platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

You’ll mentor teammates, help develop media best practices, and collaborate with Creative, Measurement, and SEO teams to optimize campaigns and reporting for client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing paid search and social campaigns.
• Agency experience and client-facing responsibilities required.
• Strong ability to lead account strategy and testing.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, innovation, and performance for multiple client paid media programs.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts (3–5) and manage relationships.
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns across search and social.
• Lead testing and deployment of new media channels and tools.
• Collaborate with Creative, Measurement, SEO, and Client Services teams.
• Present insightful paid media performance reports to clients.
• Mentor junior teammates and potentially manage 1–2 staff.
