Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a fully remote agency with a nationwide US team. We’re seeking a Paid Media Manager to own strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts, collaborating with SEO, measurement, and creative teams to drive growth.

You’ll lead client relationships, manage campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and translate data into actionable insights that demonstrate real business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of paid media agency experience.
• Experience managing Paid Search and Social campaigns (Google & Meta primary).
• Comfortable talking directly to clients and building relationships.
• Ability to tie media wins to business impact for clients.
• Ownership of 3–5 client accounts from strategy to reporting.
• Curiosity and a proactive, fast-paced work style.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel/GA4; generating clear reports.
• Adaptability and growth mindset; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, innovation, and execution for a small portfolio of paid media client accounts (3–5 clients).
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns aligned with KPIs and client goals.
• Execute campaigns across Search and Social platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Serve as lead point of contact for owned clients; lead client calls and manage relationships.
• Support testing, innovation, and best-practice adoption; identify new opportunities.
• Create, analyze, and present paid media performance reports to clients.
• Communicate project timelines and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative and Design teams on ad creation and testing plans.
• Understand client industries, audiences, and goals; stay current with industry trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to promote collaboration and innovation.
• Grow professionally through feedback from leadership to ensure client success.
