Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency helping marketers grow and capitalize on change. We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to lead a small, focused client portfolio across search and social channels.

You will own strategy, execution, and reporting, while collaborating with SEO and measurement teams to optimize performance. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in a paid media role, strong analytics skills in GA4 and Excel, and a track record of driving business impact for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media agency experience.
• Experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (Google and Meta primary; LinkedIn and TikTok secondary).
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities and building credibility.
• Ability to tie Paid Media wins to business impact for clients.
• Own 3-5 clients from strategy to reporting with proactive communication.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and GA4 experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and reporting for a small portfolio of paid media client accounts.
• Plan, implement, and audit campaigns to meet KPIs, marketing, and business goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Lead client calls and maintain strong client relationships as the face of the engagement.
• Collaborate with Creative and Design teams on ad testing plans and briefs.
• Regularly create and present insightful paid media performance reports.
• Communicate project timelines and manage client expectations.
