Qualifications

• 7+ years of client services or account management experience, including 4+ years at a digital agency.
• Speak paid media fluently and use data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRMs to solve problems.
• Communicate complex stories clearly, stay resilient, and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic lead for key client relationships, owning retention, growth, and client health.
• Partner with paid media, SEO, measurement, and creative teams to connect performance to business outcomes.
