Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency helping marketers grow. We seek a Senior Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of Paid Media clients, drive strategy, manage timelines, and deliver measurable client results from across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The role requires 5+ years in a paid media role, strong client-facing skills, data analysis, and a proactive, ownership-focused mindset in a fully remote, continental US environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paid Media agency experience.
• Experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Excellent client-facing communication and credibility.
• Ability to tie media wins to client business impact.
• Strong ownership of client work end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for a small portfolio of client accounts.
• Plan, implement, and optimize Paid Search and Social campaigns.
• Lead client calls and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Creative, SEO, and Measurement teams.
• Create and present performance reports to clients.
• Manage timelines and client expectations.
• Contribute to testing and innovation initiatives.
• Support data-driven decisions with insights.
