Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client-ready results.
• Experience at an agency handling multiple clients.
• Excellent spoken English with US-based clients.
• Experience in multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
