Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You own paid media for a book of multifamily clients, guiding targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives. You serve as the strategic voice on calls and drive long-term relationships.

You bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with a proven ROAS/CPA impact, agency experience, and clear English with US clients. Remote role across Canada, South Africa or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
