Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative on client calls, serving as the strategic voice in the relationship.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget, testing, tracking, and the 90-day/quarterly client roadmaps. Remote work options available for Canada/USA/S Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with documented results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
