Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client-ready results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience in multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
